Meet at BSMCC Ground @ 1.00PM FOR 2PM START

BSMCC players duties

WICKET
• Rolling of wicket in the week before the match;
• Put out stumps (and bails) on pitch and take in after match;
• Brush, tidy, remark and roll wicket in interval;
• Brush, tidy wicket, clear sawdust after match:

BAR
• Man the bar immediately after the match until someone can stand in whilst you shower and change;
• Stay on the bar until the end;
• Carry out bar closure procedures and arrange for float and keys to be safely passed on. If you are unable to stay until the end then pass these on to a RESPONSIBLE ADULT MEMBER to complete.

ROPE AND FLAGS
• Ensure rope is correctly placed continuously round the field;
• Put out the flags, evenly on outside of the rope, all round the ground;
•. Replace slats into site screens
• Get BSMCC flag and hoist up flagpole: Don’t forget to bring it down afterwards
• Put out the stumps, bails, small scoreboard and numbers (when required) and retrieve at end of match;
• Collect up flags and return to dressing room box after match:
•. Remove 2 slats from each site screen

DRESSING ROOMS
• Clear all rubbish from both changing rooms, umpires room, corridor, toilet and shower area;
• Put rubbish in large bin near car park or dustbin next to changing rooms;
• Tidy and hoover (Blue Dyson) both dressing room floors:

TEAM DUTY
Put mobile covers onto wicket at end of match

IF DUTIES ARE NOT PROPERLY CARRIED OUT THEN YOU MAY WELL FIND YOURSELF DOING THEM AGAIN NEXT TIME AS YOU CLEARLY NEED THE PRACTICE!
